Solutions to Feeling Better on the Inside & Out

I have found throughout my years of medical aesthetic consulting, and public speaking, many people benefit greatly from advice to help them with their self-esteem challenges, and overall well-being. It really is transformational when we can help people feel better about themselves internally and externally.

Insecurity is something that holds countless people back from pursuing so much in their life. Whether it may be applying for, or initiating contact with someone, self-doubt can sabotage our chances significantly. From head to toe, I find great value to support people to feel more confident.

Physically, when we can address something that really bothers us, it is completely amazing to see the positive impact it has to help us feel better internally. And, the significance is to feel better about ourselves….. it’s not so much as the visual signs of pigment damage, scarring, acne, wrinkles, etc. It is most rewarding to be able to advise people and navigate them in the direction to present their best self and feel the confidence with every step they take. Even helping clients with one of their main concerns, can make all the difference with their reflection.

Many, many times people have had a breakthrough in my office when I point out some of the ways they diminish their opinion of themself. One thing that I often bring up because it seems a universal trait, is how we never appreciate our positive attributes. I will say to a client, “I bet you never look in the mirror and say, ‘what pretty eyes I have,’ or ‘what a nice smile I have,’ or anything complimentary. You probably look in the mirror and zoom in on what you don’t like.” They always say, “You’re exactly right!”

As well, I find it valuable to help people in all aspects of self-grooming from hairstyles, makeup, clothing, and accessories. People lacking self-confidence feel inadequate about many things they do, including making decisions about what to wear. It’s more common than we know that people will cancel important plans just because they don’t like anything they try on and don’t feel good with their presentation. This greatly hinders any chance of success in so many categories.

In the capacity of internal challenges and limitations we place on ourselves, I love helping people with a plan going forward, guiding them to understand and utilize coping mechanisms to feel optimistic about their future. There are many experiences, and events from our past that affect our mental health and inhibit our ability to feel hope, happiness, appreciation, and so much more. I draw advice from my own experience of great adversity, which I write about in the books I have published, Bravery; Our Journey of Faith, Hope & Love, and my recently released book, Smile Again. When we understand there are ways we can learn to live more of a fulfilling life, new and beautiful doors open up.

You are welcome to contact me anytime if you feel I can help you in some way.

Kim
